2. Process for Refund

To request a refund, please email our support team at support@neuraltransformers.ai within 7 days of your purchase. Please include your order ID and the reason for your request.

3. Conditions

Refunds are only available if less than 20% of the course content has been viewed. Once a certificate has been generated for a course, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

4. Payment Reversal

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
